• Identify at least two resources (i.e., money, supplies, personnel, space) that support school facilities. Discuss the pros and cons of each and explain how these resources relate to the vision and planning aspects of the school budgeting process in relation to creating sustainable school improvement.
• What do you see as the greatest challenge facing administrators in the areas of finance and the school budget? In what ways can a school leader overcome or minimize these potential challenges?
