1. What do you feel could have provided greater value for what you spent?
2. Was there waste in time to purchase, waste in packaging, poor quality, or other recognizable waste you feel was unnecessary?
3. What suggestions would you give the manufacturer about eliminating the waste? How could a supplier help eliminate that waste?
