What you need to add for the final draft is a specific hypothesis about either a positive aspect or negative aspect of technology in the classroom, and give some predictions as to how the research will go if you tested it. What do you expect to be better, a class room with technology for learning outcomes or without? Do you expect a classroom with technology to be better or worse for mental health outcomes? If this is the direction you are going, what outcomes do you expect? Just give a brief explanation of this, for whatever paradigm you choose to go with, and you are good to go.
