A. What do you believe to be the greatest obstacles in uniting all nations of the world in working together to halt international terrorism? What benefits might some countries accrue from these terrorist attacks which lead them to accept or even support such actions?
B. Could you say a bit more about the roots of the hatred that many international terrorists have for the U.S.? On what are these feelings and perceptions based, and to what extent has American foreign policy been responsible for fueling them?
