• Question A: Identify a company or organization that you admire with a leader that interests, inspires or appeals to you.
o Part 1: Summarize the company or organization briefly. Be sure to discuss what you find appealing and why, incorporating at least two class topics in your discussion.
o Part 2: Discus the leader of that organization. Who are they? What do they do that makes them an exceptional leader? Explain you thinking and rationale. Be sure to incorporate at least two class topics.
• Question B: Discus Leadership vs. Management. What are the differences? Is one more important than the other? Explain your thinking and tie in at least three class concepts to your discussion.
• Question C: Describe Corporate Culture and what makes a great culture. For each thing describe WHY it is important and the positive effect it has on the people and the success of the organization.
