Assignment: Self Assessment Paper Leadership Personal Skills
The final paper is a leadership self-assessment. The central objective of this paper is for you to examine your understanding of leadership, conduct a leadership self-assessment and to reflect upon your leadership capabilities.
Applying relevant course concepts, assess, develop and critically analyze your personal leadership skills.
Evaluate critical leadership incidents of other leaders you have personally experienced. What did these leaders do that is instructive to you? What would you do differently? Why? Assess personal leadership strengths, development areas and gap analysis.
· What do the leadership theories discussed in class tell you about your leadership traits? Evaluate your conclusions in terms of your leadership competence.
· What insights have you gained about yourself during the course-allude to experiences, show how you can leverage your "past experiences" to become a more effective leader in the future.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
