• What caused the organization to utilize Six Sigma?
• How does the organization utilize Six Sigma process for improvement?
• What measurements were instrumental in determining the need for improvement and determining if improvement occurred?
• What recommendations do you have for the organization in regard to quality improvement and monitoring?
