a) How do you feel the facilitation went?
b) What were the successes?
c) What were the areas needing improvement?
d) What did you enjoy about your facilitation experience?
e) What was unpleasant for you in the facilitation experience?
f) Provide an overall concluding statement of the experience.

D) Facilitation Skills: This will be a written paragraph that discusses your facilitation skills:
a) What skills did you attempt to use?
b) What skills do you feel you were strong in?
c) What was the impact of being strong in those skills?
d) What skills need further development?
e) What was the impact of needing work in those areas?
f) Additional reflections the student can think of.
