PT. SSAM is a company that controls the production process starting from materials raw materials to finished goods to meet consumers. Problems Faced Since the establishment of PT. SSAM until now, there has never been a review of the running business processes. The management of the company seems to just follow the market flow only, while the competition in the market is getting tougher and experiencing economic turmoil and changes that are not small. The problems faced are as follows:
1. First, it is now difficult for companies to compete outside due to higher production costs, sluggish information flow, and many parts that are supposed to be related but work independently.
2. Second, the supply of raw materials is not smooth so that it often hinders production. Due to frequent unavailability of raw materials, automatically the completion of an order will be delayed. This caused quite a serious problem with the cancellation of orders.
3. Third, the flow of goods delivery is not smooth.
