Review the Chronicle of Higher Education article, "Obama Proposes Free Community College for Millions of Students."
Imagine that you are a senior member of the White House policy staff and that you have been asked to draft an evaluation plan for this proposed program. Share your draft plan.
What data and/or indicators would you propose utilizing? At what frequency would the data be assessed, and how would it be collected? Because this is an educational exercise and in the interest of preserving your time to devote to your capstone project, limit your data and/or indicators to no more than three data points or indicators.
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
