Joseph was fired from his position with Keiko department store. He vowed to get even and on a Sunday afternoon he entered the store and hid out in the bathroom. When the store closed at 5 PM on a nice summer day, he used some of the chemicals found in the storeroom to start a fire in the store with the intent to burn it down.
