Find an example of a powerful manager who has fallen from power. (You may use one from your personal experience of from a movie, history, or other sources - for example, Darth Vader, Ivan the Terrible, Voldemort, Thanos, Marie Antoinette, Aisin-Gioro Puyi, Richard Nixon, Valerian, Cleopatra, Chuck Conway, Charles Taylor, etc.)
• Briefly analyze his/her rise to power.
• Reflect on what he/she achieved and what led to his/her fall.
• Based on what you have read in the text, what could she/he have done to avoid the fall?
