ii. What would you expect civility and emotional intelligence to look like in the clinical healthcare setting amongst the multidisciplinary treatment team (doctors, nurses, therapists, etc.) and patients?
iii. What corrective actions would you take as a student when someone is demonstrating incivility on campus?
