Discuss a recent court case where there was a breach of ethical standards that caused fraud to occur. What conclusions can you draw from this court case regarding ethical standards? Do you think more regulations should have been put in place to ensure ethics in this case? If you state more regulations were needed in this case what organization should issue these regulations (government, professional standards, etc)?
