• Are suburban locations likely to continue to be good options, as the pandemic-related restrictions continue to loosen? Why or why not?
• Should food retailers with conventional, fixed locations consider investing more in mobile food trucks?
• What competencies and capabilities does a food truck need to have to successfully operate?
• For a food truck (your choice of food and geography), discuss the various promotional tactics that can be used for promoting food trucks (e.g., billboards, print, direct mail, etc.) and select three different tactics. For each tactic, explain why it was selected and how it will be used.
