Workers within an organization are not always eager to adopt change. However, change often needs to take place in order to improve the organization's operations (including workers' tasks). So, for this discussion, let's talk about the idea of resistance to change as it relates to a work environment and even a specific work area. How does resistance to change impact an organization's operations? What can we do to reduce resistance to change?
