The Goal of the team is to communicate, plan, estimate, schedule and document an integrated project plan for studying the feasibility of establishing a commercial entity as a revenue source for the SPUR organization. The Primary Goal of the team is to use the limited resources and produce the desired outcome efficiently. The aim is to bring in more sponsorship in order to provide more volunteer opportunities and execute a lot of activities for those in need.
