Locate an article or case on a worker's disability in employment. Be sure to discuss the following:
i. What were the issues of the case?
ii. What were the outcomes?
iii. What can be learned by the case in light of your own employment and/or professional career?
Part II
Discuss how business owners and corporations can protect themselves from becoming liable under the ADA.
Based on what you have learned thus far in the course, do you feel that your place of employment or business organizations has a sound policy to help curb possible ADA issues? Fully explain.
