Discusison: ASSESSING INTERNAL CANDIDATES
As the HR professional in the organization, you have been asked to provide some assessment methods that will help align the organization's internal talent with an eye to the future. What assessment methods do you feel bring the most value to the organization and why? Justify your reasoning. From your perspective, are some assessment methods better than others?
