Part 1
If you are planning to be an entrepreneur, would you open your own business, purchase a franchise or buy an existing business? Give reasons for your selection.
Part 2
Entrepreneurs have to make hundreds of decisions before they open a business. Describe the process that you went through as you chose the business for this class. Is it a business you would really like to open someday? (Do not worry if it is not, this is just so your instructor and classmates can understand.) What risks did you consider? What are the strengths and weaknesses that you bring to the business? What motivates you to open a business? Do you have enough capital saved to survive on for three years? Do you think it will take that long to make a profit?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
