You apply to a development program at ACME Bank, which is a two-year leadership program for students who have just graduated college, OR for people with a high school diploma with 5 years of experience as a customer service representative. The recruiter informs you that while you did a good job, the hiring manager decided to goward with Jenna, who has no degree. Do you think that it is fair for someone with no college education to receive a job offer over you? What about vice versa? Why do you feel this way?
