There are so many ways that we use motivation in our daily lives. Without motivation, we wouldn't be able to attend school, work at our job, or spend time with our families. We all have different ways that we are motivated, and that motivation is reflected in our unique ideas and behaviors. It is important that we understand how motivation works so that we can understand how and why we act the way that we do.
With the idea of motivation in mind, write a journal entry about motivation and how you see it playing a role in your life. Address the following items in your reflection:
a) How would you define motivation?
b) What are some ways that you see motivation playing a role in your life? Provide two specific examples that demonstrate this connection.
