what are the pancreatic tissues involved

What are the pancreatic tissues involved respectively in the exocrine and endocrine secretions? What are their respective hormones and enzymes?

The exocrine secretion of the pancreas is formed in the pancreatic acini, aggregates of secretory cells that surround small exocrine ducts. The exocrine pancreas secretes digestive enzymes of the pancreatic juice: amylase, trypsin,  lipase, chymotrypsin, carboxypeptidase, ribonuclease, deoxyribonuclease, elastase and gelatinase.
