Go to National Priorities List (NPL) Sites - by State which lists all the sites on the EPA's national priorities list.
Choose 4 different sites, each from a different state. For each site answer the following questions, writing in you own words.
a. What is the site called and where is it located?
b. What are the main environmental hazards at the site? Why is the underlying cause of these hazards? What company or entity is responsible for the environmental damage?
c. When was the site listed on the NPL?
d. Give a brief overviews of what has been done at the site and what is still left to do.
e. What interested you about the site? Why did you chose to include it in your assignment.
