As we progress in the study of project management tools we will inevitably take look at reporting function. How many of you are involved in reporting aspect of project/program or operation? Do you agree with methods used for estimation? Is it always useful information being disseminated? Does healthcare organizations change metrics used frequently or do you follow traditional format which is well established? Do healthcare organizations use metrics (a.k.a. charts and graphs)?
