Problem
Two grades g1 = 1:150 downward and g2 = 1:200 upward are intersect in station 53+00. The elevation of the intersection = 24.25 m. If the length of the curve is to be 240 meters.
• What are the elevations of the BVC, EVC and all curves stations. (Take station each 30 meters).
• Find also cut/fill and the staff reading at each point. Knowing that an automatic level is adjusted and observed a bench mark of (55.32m) and its staff reading was found to be 2.51m.
