Find a real case/situation online that involved the selected term. It can also be a real process from a company listed "online" that can be searched. No examples from your work(that's too easy.)
The title of your blog entry should include the terminology first, then company/hotel, 1-2 word explanation of situation.

Cite your source - At the end of your post, you must paste the web address of your incident/case.
