This week our readings explored the various aspects of strategic planning, including the mission and vision of the organization. Respond to the following:
• What are the dangers of a flawed mission statement?
• How does a flawed statement affect the development of a unit's mission statement and subsequent individual job descriptions and goals? Why?
• Describe the unique features of organizational development that make it different from other change initiatives.
• Be 2 pages in length, not including the required cover and reference pages
• Formatted according to APA writing guidelines
• Provide support for your statements with in-text citations from a minimum of three scholarly articles from peer-reviewed journal articles.
