Receiving peer review feedback is very valuable to

Receiving peer review feedback is very valuable to achieving learning outcomes. Essentially, "peer review" is an academic term for quality control.

Articles published in a peer-reviewed journal are closely examined by a panel of reviewers who are experts on the article's topic, thereby ensuring accurate content and scholarly integrity.

For this Discussion, you and your colleagues will conduct peer reviews of your respective Problem Statements.

To prepare for this Discussion, review the criteria for evaluating a business problem statement located on page 13 of the DBA Prospectus Guide, as well as Section 1.3 in the Doctoral Study Rubric and Research Handbook, provided in this week's Required Readings.

Consider how the choice of quantitative or qualitative research methodology does or does not impact specific evaluation criteria.

Research Questions (Research Problems)

Hook: A significant portion of United States' purchasing power is controlled by the African Americans and this statement should no longer be considered as a myth considering the fact that this is a reality (Tucker, 2017).

Anchor: The markets benefit immensely from the African American population by more than $1.2 trillion in the United States (in terms of domestic market share) (Brian, 2017).

General Business Problem: The general business problem is that in the United States, many domestic and international firms have committed the flaw of not showing interest in exploring the African American customer segment in a proper way (in terms of assessing their purchasing power), and this did cost dearly to many American firms (Tucker, 2017).

Specific Business Problem: The specific business problem is that owing to lack of proper marketing strategies on the part of the American firms, African American majority fails to gain access to quality sustainable goods and items despite of having the purchasing power (Demographics, 2018).
