Problem
Systems theory contains concepts, what are those concepts to be applied and how as it relates to a client that is with limited mobility, limited cognition, the children only call him, but do not visit at the place he is admitted. Is only his siter- Inlaw that visits. Children are the POA. He used to be active in church. He lives a lone. And he will be discharged home soon. He recieves occupational and physical therapy.
