Assignment: Managing Teams
Research a team that you believe that has been particularly successful. This can be a business team, sports team, political team, etc. It has to be one, though, that there is information on the web so that I can verify its existence. Not, for example, a high school sports team for which you played or a high school musical group. Based on your research, answer the following questions in 2 to 3 pages, (850 to 1,000 words).
A. How was the team successful?
B. What are the characteristic of this model team?
C. What difficulties did it encounter
D. How did the team overcome these difficulties
Format your assignment according to the give formatting requirements:
• The answer must be using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, typed, with one-inch margins on all sides.
