Problem:

In preparation for a memorandum on the reintroduction of Wolves to Colorado Project and the following Link, answer the questions below in Creative Free Form. Cite any reference sources.

Part 1:

Explain the nature of the project at issue in the EIS. What is the purpose and need for the proposed action? Need Assignment Help?

Part 2:

What decision maker would have been or be to send the memorandum to that would have direct influence on the outcome?

What course of action should the decision maker select from the alternatives presented in the EIS, bearing in mind both the environmental justice and ethical issues raised?

Provide recommendations to a federal agency decision-maker who is responsible for approving (or disapproving) a course of action described in the Environmental Impact Statement provided  in the link

Explain to the decision maker how the recommendations are scientifically proven more beneficial, and why the matter is important.

Underscore the mission or central goal of the findings or recommendations. Why are they important?
