Reaction Paper: Affirmative Action
On January 26th, 2022, the U.S Supreme Court agreed to reconsider the role of race in college admissions later this year. The first case, filed against Harvard University, contends that the university's race-conscious admissions policy discriminates against Asian American applicants. According to a group called Students for Fair Admissions, Asian Americans are significantly less likely to be admitted than similarly qualified white, Black, or Hispanic applicants. The second case, filed against the University of North Carolina, argues that the university's consideration of race in its undergraduate admissions process violates both Title VI and the U.S. Constitution.
Do some research about this issue and answer the following questions:

Part II. What are the disadvantages of using Affirmative Action policies in college admissions? Explain why.
Part III. What is your opinion about Affirmative Action? Do you support it? Do you oppose it? Explain why.
