• Why is trust so important to the success of teams and especially in virtual teams? How can leaders help to build trust among team members?
• Review the determinants of team performance in your chapter. Pick one and discuss a team situation in which this factor was either very high or very low in your team and discuss how it impacted your team's effectiveness.
