Describe the similarities and differences between the organizations of small and large retail companies. Why do these similarities and differences exist? Some retailers have specific employees (merchandise assistants) assigned to restock the shelves and maintain the appearance of the store. Other retailers have sales associates perform these tasks. What are the advantages and disadvantages of each approach?
