Your Team should develop a power point presentation that covers team processes including but not limited to the following:
1. What are team processes? Can you find a scholarly source with a definition of a team process? Can you compare the scholarly definition with the textbook's scholarly definition? Which definition is better?
2. List and describe four positive examples of team processes that are used by your team.
3. List and describe a negative team process for any team. How could you change that negative process?
4. Is methodology the same as process? (text book as a source and scholarly source).
5. Are the agile and scrum team processes? Why?
6. Is there something else that should be covered?
