You mentioned, "the organization and the individuals may not have the time and resources to engage in an additional and voluntary activity like participating in a research work." How do you plan to overcome this?
Can you update each participant on the amount of time it will take prior to them signing the consent so they are aware of the requirements and don't waste any more time.
