What are some of the key concerns for her staff and how

Answer the following question

What are some of the key concerns for her staff, and how might they be addressed?

Consider the following case study:

Dr. Ann Smith is a physician in the rural area that still keeps all her patient records on paper, in folders, stored in file cabinets. Dr. Smith has received much information about HIT systems to decide what she should do about buying an EHR system that she can afford and that she has time to learn and teach to her staff.

Dr. Smith has a heavy workload and is the only physician for an 80-mile radius. She has three staff members who assist her with administrative roles such as answering the phone, scheduling appointments, and handling insurance claims and appeals. The three staff members have minimal experience with computer systems. Money and time are tight in this busy practice. Dr. Smith recognizes that the move to an EHR system is necessary, but she dreads the physical and emotional stress that this transition will create for her and her staff.
