Non-wage benefits are an increasingly important part of modern compensation structures. The variation in benefits can be quite dramatic and can require a range of administrative tactics and time.
Write a page answering the following questions:
o What are some of the common cost-containment practices with regards to benefits administration?
o What can administrators do to control the increasing benefits costs without reducing the employee perceived value of the benefits and/or increasing the employee cost?
