Is the health care a basic right that should be provided to all individuals in Canada regardless of their immigration status, or should it be available to citizens and permanent residents only? What are some of the barriers currently faced by Seasonal Agricultural Workers and migrants without status in Canada and how can we enable them concerning access to health care? What would it take after COVID-19 to ensure that all precarious migrants in Canada have access to health care?
