I. What are some current recruiting and retention challenges across the country in today's workplaces when it comes to recruiting Millennials? Give at least two examples and describe one or two things that organizations can do to attract and retain employees in this age group.
II. What are some current consumer trends that might indicate the type of training that a salesperson or a customer service employee might need? Present up to three trends, how these trends might pose an issue for Sales and/or Customer Service staff. The give recommendations for training that could help staff to be more effective in their jobs.
