What are PERT and CPM, and what are they used for? Explain it in your own words.
Do some research to find some software for PERT/CPM projects. Provide the URL or APA citation. The software could be opensource or available for purchase. Tell us about it. What does it do? What does it cost? What features does it have? etc.
Either:
o Give two examples of what your current or former place of employement could do if they had that software.
OR
o Tell us how you / your company (past or present) has used this software. Did it work well for you/ them? Why or why not?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
