Madison's Federalist Paper No. 10 (1788) is the most frequently cited of all the Federalist Papers. It is also widely regarded as America's greatest contribution to political theory. After reading Federat Paper No. 10 please answer the following questions:

iii. How do specific structures in our Federal Republic such as Federalism and Representative Democracy help safeguard minority rights
