Electronic communications are often useful when it is important to send information quickly to a large group of people. Face-to-face communications are important for developing relationships and trust with project stakeholders. One disadvantage is that meetings can be costly if participants have to be brought in from other states and/or countries.

Digital Communication because it gives you access to the mobile devices, computers and the internet. The advantage is that using the internet can be faster, easier to maintain records and cheaper. The disadvantage is unauthorized access and the loss of data.

Hard Copy Communication can be disadvantage is because of the storage that is requires to store all types of files that have lots of data.

2) Explain, with two examples, how communication skills enable effective distribution of projects information.

Communication skills are essential whenever information needs to shared. A project meeting is a great way to get everyone together to communication and effectively distribute project information in project information distribution, communication skills come in handy during report writing and documentations. Project managers need have good knowledge of to do this for effective and fast communication. "For project managers, managing communication involves creating, distributing, storing, retrieving and disposing of project communication based on the communication management plan (Schwalbe, 2014)."

The majority of people and businesses use e-mail, instant messaging, Web sites, telephones, cell phones, texting, and all sorts of communications. One growing area is the Web, SharePoint portals. Storing information on the Web allows easy access by multiple users at the same time and cutting down on time spent sending e-mails all day.

3) Explain, with two examples, how modification in organizational policies and procedures can improve distribution of project information.

"In an attempt to combat this, companies are now educating their people in cultural awareness, international business, and international team building" (Schwalbe, 2014, p. 422).

Allowing project team members to directly report to stakeholders will make information flow faster. It will also allow for more clear and reliable information as it is coming from the source.

Particularly within project structures changes can be reacted to rapidly and more effectively. If the project organization structure is tall, a change to this policy by implementing a staged open door policy can improve speed, ownership and effectiveness (Burley, K, 2014).
