Complete a report on your use of computer programs. Reflect on when you first started using a new program (not a new version of an older program). Discuss the following:
- Was it difficult to learn all of the commands and determine how to maneuver through the different menus? Why or why not?
- How long was it before it became easier until you reached proficiency with the program?
- How did learning one program help you understand and use other programs?
Locate a company that operates under the following conditions:
- Difficult to imitate
- Easy to imitate, No dominate design
- Easy to imitate, Dominate design
After you have identified the companies, determine the products they produce. Are these products consistent with Teece's Model?
