Alliances.
Joint Ventures.
Partnerships. (See the 2012 Kumar article assigned in this unit's studies.)

Which approach has had the greatest success and/or failure as measured in an alliance scorecard (see Kaplan, Norton, and Rugelsjoen's 2010 article)? Be sure you support your conclusions with validated references.

Review the 2012 Kumar article and choose a MNC of your preference and assess how the organization manages such approaches: • Acquisitions • Alliances • Joint Ventures • Partnerships Name the approach which has had the greatest success and/or failure as measured in the alliance scorecard (consider Kaplan, Norton, and Rugelsjoen's 2010 article)? Ensure support your conclusions by means of validated references. The discussion must be at least 250 words and include at a minimum of one scholarly reference all along with text citations from the requisite readings.
