Research Paper
Using the CSU Online Library resources, research negative repercussions for employers who denied workers' compensation benefits to employees. Answer the following questions as part of your research:
- Were there any common trends or reasons behind the denial of benefits?
- Were there any extenuating circumstances that led to denial of benefits? (Cite specific examples.)
- Were any denials of benefits due to an employee being under the influence of drugs or alcohol?
