Using the textbook and the CSU Online Library resources, compose an essay on the workers' compensation process when a benefit dispute is filed. The following key areas should be addressed in your response:
- Introduction of why a benefit dispute may be filed,
- Key aspects of preparing for the hearing in front of the administrative judge,
- Major steps in workers' compensation hearings,
- Aspects of dealing with administrative law judges, and
- Steps in conducting the initial hearing and further hearings.
