Problem: I currently work in an adult ICU in Northern MI. I absolutely love the detail that comes with a holistic approach/assessment, it is so wonderful to not only come to understand your patient's physical well being but their overall well being! However, with working in the ICU, I do experience many patients that are unable to speak for themselves so conducting an assessment of their mental, emotional, and spiritual well being can be incredibly difficult. I must rely on their previous medical charting, which unfortunately has limited information on this, or I must rely on their family/friends. Need Assignment Help?
