This week I was able to hear my peers discuss ways in which they have learned how to enhance and improve their engagement skills. We discussed barriers that we come across when working with complex cases. We discussed what we perceive to happen in the client's mind and body based on their response in sessions. We discussed different ways to engage a client as well as build rapport.
